Jeez, Mark -- with your skillsets, as demonstrated in the Lady C bathroom remodel and other improvement projects, maybe you oughta think about getting in on some of that skilled labor biz, what with all these resorts needing facelifts & all. Assuming the pay is decent, that is, and assuming it would get you out of dealing with snotty rich biotches and their pompous hubbies...? You got a lot of talent, and a change might do you good :-)
