This station wagon illustration is one of my favorite Rockwell images….and I can imagine the rush of riding the wind on that back of the open ladder truck. Could I do it? Maybe if I ate a valium and was tied onto the truck…Hello, chicken here, of heights and, well, road rash.

So if the back wheels turn, could you in theory drive the truck at an angle?
You could take up a lot of lanes like that!
